基于物联网感知的煤炭建筑企业施工安全管控问题研究

Research on Coal Construction Enterprises Safety Management based on IOT

摘要: 从建筑业多年大量安全事故数据分析可知,原有安全管理体系已出现管理瓶颈,创新安全管控方法和手段成为“十三五”时期安全生产工作的重要内容。文章分析了煤炭建筑企业参与市场竞争的优势和劣势,提出了“事故总量显著减少”目标的现实障碍,并从事故数据规律分析出发,明确了安全管控创新方向和信息需求。随后,设计了基于物联网感知的建筑施工安全管控框架,提出了物联网感知信息和共享信息的应用模式,丰富了煤炭建筑企业安全管控工作的具体内容并提出施工安全管控框架的实施策略。

Abstract: From the accident data analysis in construction industry, the existing safety management system has been the bottleneck. The innovation of safety management methods and means has become an important content of the work of safety management in 13th Five-Year period. This paper analyzes the Market competitive advantages and disadvantages of coal construction enterprises, puts forward the realistic obstacles of "the significant reduction of the total amount of accidents",and clears the direction of safety management and control by accident data analysis. Then, Safety management and control work requires a full control of the construction site information. Moreover, this paper designs the construction safety management framework based on the perception of IOT, and describes the application mode of the perception information and shared information. Finally, this paper expounds the role and simulation scenario of basic function, protection function and auxiliary function modules, enrich the specific contents of safety management prevention, and put forward the implementation strategy of construction safety management framework.
